Crazy post-fight brawl after Khabib victory

Frequent VSiN guest Adam Hill of the Las Vegas Review-Journal describes the scene: Undefeated lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov vowed that the result of his blockbuster UFC 229 main event bout against Conor McGregor would do little to squash the intense rivalry between their camps.

He was clearly right.

Chaos erupted inside and outside the cage immediately after Nurmagomedov finished off a mauling of McGregor by forcing a tapout with a rear-naked choke at 3:03 of the fourth round Saturday night at T-Mobile Arena.

If you were one of those proud and few Jets backers who played Over on the season win total of 6 . . . . Jeff Fogle says your money rides on today’s game. Here’s why.

Dave Tuley’s ATS report, aka View From Vegas

  • No. 19 Texas beats No. 7 Oklahoma 48-45 in Red River Shootout (yeah, yeah, it’s supposed to be called "Showdown," but it was a Shootout): ViewFromVegas is the Longhorns did it as 7.5-point underdogs & +240 on the money line (flew over betting total of 60.5)
  • No. 1 Alabama routs Arkansas 65-31, but the ViewFromVegas is the Razorbacks, trailing by 41 points (65-24), scored a TD with 13 seconds to play to get in the back door as 35-point road underdogs (prompting a moan from all the chalk bettors)
  • Yankees beat Red Sox 6-2 to even #ALDS at 1-1 as 1st LDS road team to win: ViewFromVegas is they were NOT 1st dogs to win as they closed as -120 road faves (stayed under 9); so, faves are still perfect at 8-0 in LDS & 10-2 this week.
  • Astros beat Indians 3-1 to take 2-0 lead in their #ALDS: ViewFromVegas is they were -130 home favorites (stayed under total of 7.5).
