As a socially responsible operator and following guidance from the Gambling Commission, we’ve removed the option for all customers to be able to reverse a withdrawal once an initial request has been made.
Amongst our responsible gambling initiatives, we feel this is a positive move in these unprecedented times.
In our next newsletter, we’ll be updating you on further enhancements we’ve made to our suite of responsible gambling tools that are available to you at any time.
Our tools are designed to help you to stay in control of the time and money that you spend using our services and include features such as:
- Deposit limits: decide the max amount you wish to deposit in a set time frame.
- Reality checks: set an alert to remind you when you’ve been playing for a certain time.
- Timeouts – take a break from gambling from 1 day up to 6 weeks.
